Hello,

 
I tried to order 4G for Home, but I don't understand how I can proceed it. I don't have spanish bank account, but I can give you a polish one which is also in EUR. You can also charge my credit card or paypal account... But it seems your standard form does not allow for it... 
 
I also tried to register as a new user in Area de clientes but the form says my vodafone phone number is invalid and when I enter Orange phone number there is some error.
 
Can you help me with ordering "Amena en casa"?

Hello, @kujawskimaciej.

 

First of all, thanks for your interest in our services.

 

For security reasons, the Spanish bank account is mandatory to buy any kind of line with us.

 

Regarding the Client Area, is normal. Your Vodafone and Orange numbers aren't with us, so you can't be considered (yet) a Client to access to the Area.

Hello,

But can't I be charged in similar way Netflix do? I can pay for a router using credit card or paypal. Why I cannot pay monthly for Amena service using the same way?

Sorry, as we spoke currently we can only accept portpay by direct debit in a Spanish account.
