First of all, thanks for your interest in our services.
For security reasons, the Spanish bank account is mandatory to buy any kind of line with us.
Regarding the Client Area, is normal. Your Vodafone and Orange numbers aren't with us, so you can't be considered (yet) a Client to access to the Area.

But can't I be charged in similar way Netflix do? I can pay for a router using credit card or paypal. Why I cannot pay monthly for Amena service using the same way?

Sorry, as we spoke currently we can only accept portpay by direct debit in a Spanish account.
