Hello, I'm from Brazil and last Saturday I received an e-mail with information about my purchase. The thing is: I have not purchased anything from you! And plus, today I got another e-mail from Correos saying that this purchase was in transit or something like that. Could you please help me solving this issue, please? I am 100% sure I have not purchased anything.
