Hello, apologies, my spanish isn't good enough to fully explain the problem so i'll write in English and hopefully someone can help.
We've ordered the Internet at home service from Amena and have received the router and sim card. We have installed the router and sim card correctly as the guide on the website showed but there is no 3g/4g signal. We checked the coverage map before ordering and we are well within the coverage area, so that is not the problem.
Also, I have never received any emails from Amena so I suspect they have might have the wrong address.
If you need information please let me know.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @JackLeeson.
When do you recived the router? Normally, the sim doesn´t arrive activated, sometimes it can spend a few hours because it has to activate in Amena´s systems., this activation is automatic.

Don´t worry, because I think you will have the service today, this process is totally automatic.
Please, let me Know when you have internet.
Remember, turn off and turn on your router to comprove your conection.
